The Impacts of Playing Video Games on Human Psychological Well-being

This is a Project Report submitted for the partial fulfillment of the requirements of the Advanced Diploma in Data Science (Full time) Programme of NIBM - NIC.

The research project was assessed video gaming habits such as hours played, reasons for playing, sociality, etc.,

various socio-economic factors such as occupation and degree
level, demographic factors such as gender and age, and psychological measures of anxiety, life satisfaction, and narcissism.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between video gaming and the above-mentioned factors and, propose some actions that can be taken to control the influences of video gaming on human psychological well-being.

Bike-shop Data Analysis Dashboard using Power BI

This project was completed as a required assessment of the module, "Data Visualization using Power BI".  Visualizations were created using Power BI according to Location-wise, Customer-wise, and Sales-wise Bikeshop details. The dashboard was created and published to the Power BI service.

Covid-19 Dashboard using Dash

This project is completed as a required assessment of the module "Data visualization and Interactive Dashboards with Python".

The dashboard was created by using  Dash, Heroku, and HTML/CSS in Spyder IDE. 

The main focus was on Data Visualization and app deployment.

Building a reasonable model for Crimes dataset (Machine Learning)

Dataset Source: UCI Machine Learning Repository
This project was completed as a required assessment of the module "Machine Learning" in the Higher National Diploma in Data Science.
The data were analyzed in order to generate an acceptable model (Multilinear Regression model).
Regularized regression was conducted after data preprocessing, data visualization, model development, and other analyses were completed.
Python was applied as the programming language and Google Colab was used as the platform.
Libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, sci-kit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Statsmodels were mainly used.
